Ben Dalglish founded Steadfast Projects after working within the construction industry for over 25 years. A licensed builder, Ben honed his skills in Project Management and Construction Management working for a number of well known firms in Brisbane where he earned a reputation for his consistency, excellent communication skills and his ease with leading teams to deliver on time and on budget.

I really love the work that I do and the continual challenges that my industry has to offer; including the opportunity to work with great people – all those involved in making a project come together with the purpose of delivering a job well done.
Having worked in the industry since 1995 the establishment of Steadfast Projects has enabled me to build the business I had always known was possible, to bring an open and honest approach to my Clients whilst working together to provide solutions, positive experiences and outcomes that are enjoyed by all involved.
CHERISE DALGLISH
Accounts & Administration

Cherise brings her exceptional organisation skills to the administration aspects of Steadfast Projects ensuring the smooth flow of all the behind the scenes details that are required when managing complex projects and time frames.
​
Cherise is also the kindest sweetest person in the world, but that just may be Ben's bias talking, they have been together for over 10 years and have a 8 year old son named William.
